I have completed all three tracks of Thrive training with the Life Model and am now a Thrive trainer which gives me a solid background in the spiritual, psychological, and neuroscience aspects of living the Immanuel Lifestyle. I have completed all 3 levels of Immanuel approach training with Patty Velotta and both levels through Alive and Well. I have been facilitating Immanuel Prayer sessions with individuals and training groups in Alive and Well practices and leading group Immanuel Journaling for several years. I receive Immanuel Prayer every week myself. I am connected to others in the Immanuel community and Life Model where I am known and receive referrals from. I am also a certified spiritual director and master life coach. I use the Immanuel Prayer tool to help others because I have seen the efficacy of it in my own life. I am committed to pursuing deeper intimacy with Jesus as the top priority of my life and out of my experience of trauma healing, combined with 14 years of training in ministry, I am passionate about helping others connect with God in transformational ways.
